Two cafés, one spirit
Aromas Caffee was born in Chivay to offer quality service in a splendid place: the gateway to the deepest canyon on earth. Now you’ll also find us in Arequipa, at C. Ugarte 109, near Santa Catalina Monastery. In both cafés the goal is the same — personal attention, well-pulled organic coffee, and a room where travelers and locals feel at home.
Guests keep saying it: this is actual espresso in the Andes, toasted paninis, artisan pizza, homemade cake, and a staff that will help you book a canyon tour or a ticket to Puno or Cusco.

Our Chivay café · Gateway to Colca
Our Chivay café, on the Plaza de Armas, is the original. Chivay is the natural base for Colca Canyon. We open early for the lookout vans and stay late for the ones who come back cold and ready for chocolate. Need a tour or a bus to Puno or Cusco? Fredy and the team will sort it from the bar.
